If my child’s tuition class falls on a public holiday, will there be lessons?
There are no lessons scheduled on public holidays, and no replacement lessons will be provided.
Do you offer replacement lessons?
Yes, please notify us via WhatsApp at +65 8845 3868 at least one day before the lesson, if possible.
Students who miss a lesson can arrange a replacement, with the following conditions:
- a) up to 1 replacement lesson per week and no more than 2 replacement lessons per month, subject to availability,
- b) no refunds or additional replacements will be provided if a student misses the replacement lesson.
What happens when my child joins midterm?
What do I need to prepare for the lesson?
- Stable internet access.
- A desktop computer or laptop or a tablet. Webcam is encouraged.
- A headset with a microphone.
- Necessary stationery and our lesson materials.
What happens if there is a technical problem during the lesson?
